Making a gift of cash or property to CWF in your will helps to build the permanency of CWF, ensuring a sustainable resource for changing the lives of women and girls far into the future. A planned gift serves as a continuing memorial and reminder of your commitment to social change, allows you to maintain financial security throughout your lifetime, and can also reduce the tax paid by your estate.

If you wish to name Canadian Women’s Foundation as a beneficiary in your will, you should ensure that it’s communicated to your legal counsel and that clear directions be incorporated into your will.
